We decided that today was as good a time as any to give you a smattering of fun holidays and events coming up this week!

Kicking things off, we have the season premiere of Sons of Anarchy tonight, your favorite show about outlaw motorcycle clubs, small town charm, and the ties that bind. The season premiere is supposed to be quite a ride, and before the show Russell Brand hosts a live chat with the cast as they answer fans’ questions.

Also, we thought you should know that tomorrow is National Video Game Day (as opposed to just “Video Game Day” which is considered July 8). You might want to celebrate with a bendy old-school nintendo controller wallet or by just dusting off those old consoles, grabbing some friends and immersing yourself in the land of Mario…just like in the old days. And as usual, feel free to post your favorite video game memories in the comments.

Lastly, we thought we’d leave you with a little treat from our buddies at VICE who, after attending the First Internet Cat Film Festival in Minneapolis that we wrote about here, decided to come out with a full length documentary on the fest. The documentary will feature the kitty Lil Bub and some of her friends. Look out for it this Fall, and check out their video teaser!
